Threads was an interactive exhibit I created for the Bay Area Discovery Museum in 2022. It consisted of a series of “yarn-bombed” structures on their campus, plus an interactive fiber art installation called Wrap It Up. Over the course of several months, children were invited to add their creations to the wooden armature until it became a solid structure. It was so popular, it was extended an additional few months.
