Grad School Wormhole

I've been in school now for 2.5 months! My brain has changed so much from the end of August until now, I feel like this website probably needs a big ol' overhaul. But for now, for those of you who are interested, I'm just going to dump some images here of what i've been working on to give you an idea of where my head is at these days.

I'm interested in a lot of stuff right now, mostly centering around the garment and textile industry and how that contrasts or negates traditional textile-making techniques, and the environmental repercussions thereof. Shipping containers, factories, machines, craft, labor, and waste are all swirling around in my head. I'm applying to a container ship residency today, so wish me luck.

More again soon.
